(no subject)
Blah, Im so tired. I just woke up from a nap, and it was one of those where it makes you feel more tired. I also woke up with the feeling that I was late and had to go somewhere. But I dont have to leave for my class for another hour and a half. My brains just trying to confuse me :oP
So my life has been going pretty well, with the exception of minor upsets. But what can you do? :oP Last night was my last night of being a basketball scorekeeper. How sad. Not really. I was getting really bored of sitting through the games, so its probably best. The cool thing was that on worked sunday, monday and last night, and I got to scorekeep for the same teams,s o I got to see who advanced and such. One of the teams I was rooting for(shh dont tell) is going to the championship :) Theyre pretty good, and they seemed like nice guys(not really cussing at the reffs) so I hope they win :) Katherine is scorekeeping their game, so shes going to let me know.
Ugh, I have to ref soccer tonight. Not excited about that at all. Training sucked, so I have no idea whats going on,and Im going to be nervous as hell. And if they put me on a 2 man (instead of as linesman, which is what I am definitely more comfortable doing) I will probably cry :'( And i wont really call anything other than offsides and who the ball went out on ,since thats all I know how to do, because they didnt do training well at all! >.<
Classes arent actually going that badly. I think Im doing pretty well in them. Lets go 4.0! Yeah, that would be awesome, but I dont know if it will actually happen. But I can hope :) For my women studies class, I have to do this intergroup dialogue, which is 1 credit, but 50% of my grade is participation, so I have to force myself to talk in that class. I was proud of myself yesterday, because I actually participated :) Go me :) I had two exams this week, one for my stat class(today) and one for my assessments class. I think I did pretty good on my stat exam, except for the last question. It asked us to find the correlation coefficent, and the answer is supposed to be between -1 and +1. Well, I did the problem, and my answered turned out to be 25 :-\ Whoops. After trying to do the problem over, I couldnt figure out what I did wrong, so I ended up putting in a part that wasnt in the equation to get a decimal ;)
My assessment exam went alrght, except as I was walking back, I realized a mistake that I made. Hopefully Ill get partial credit or something.
Yesterday, my roommate who is moving out was talking to my other roommate. I was in the kitchen, so I could hear their convo(they were in the kitchen too) The one moving out was like "Im thinking I might have my friend sublet my room so she can move here for the fall" The other roommate was like " oh so she can get a spot in courtyards?" and roommate #1 said "No, she would live in my room" I was just standing there listneing being like, umm yeah thats not happening. Then roommate #2 said "Holly, didnt you pull in your friend to live here next year?" I was like yep. ANd R#1 was like "Why didnt you tell me?" Well duh, youre leaving.. If someone is leaving, why the hell would they think they should pull someone in. Sorry, I dont want to live with someone I dont know, especially if its one of her friends, and shes going to be loud like R#1. Sorry! :D
Spring break is so close! :) ALl that stands in my way is two classes, and two shifts of stupid soccer >.< I have so much work to do over spring break though! I have monster projects due when I get back. Grrr. Dumb classess
