Packages + Shopping! A Variety of Stuff! And a little nonsense!
It's time for another STUFF post before I accumulate too many things and forget which days what arrived on.
I have SOO MUCH to scan this weekend!! D: And the cold temperature doesn't help much! It makes me soo lazy. It's 71 degrees in here! *shiver*
I miss when it was 80+... ;_;
Monday, December 6th
I got some European posters advertising Professor Layton and Pandora's Box (Diabolical Box for those in the US) and two for The Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks. The two big ones are REALLY HUGE!! I considered putting the big Spirit Tracks one in the space above my bookshelves but it's too big! The long one will fit but it's got too much white space. :/
Tuesday, December 7th
I went to Kinokuniya with zillabean to pick up the new Layton manga and special order the new novel and picture book. I also got a few extra things I did not intend to. -_-;;
The new Layton manga! I got two copies. One to keep nice and the other to take apart and scan for everyone. :)
While looking for the Luke and the Forest Friends picture book in the children's section I spotted The Little Mermaid! I had been looking for a copy of the story in Japanese for a while now and it finally turned up. :D
We did not find the Luke picture book btw.
In the stationery section they had lots of adorable things! X3
Since I'm running out of stationery I decided to get a pad of cute tiny stationery for short notes while saving the remainder of the bigger sheets for longer messages. I think the ice-cream is super adorable! <3
I got a few more of these Gyuu Gyuu Pet figures since I failed to obtain the parakeet (#1) and cockatiel (#5) the last time.

How disappointing but he is really cute! Unlike stupid RETARD TURTLE who's NOT cute in any way! >:(
Micro Turtle is Tiny Turtle's cousin and he's not pleased... at all.
And in the last package was....
A chipmunk with ENOURMOUS SHINY adorable eyes! And a cute face. I'm amazed at the detail in these!
Again disappointment. No parakeet or cockatiel this time.... ;_;
Oh, and I didn't get to special order the other two Layton books I was looking for. The new novel will be released next week and they can't place a special order for something that hasn't been released yet and the picture book which was already released will cost about $25!! (It's 1470 yen.) And will take about 3 weeks to arrive. I'm going to look for a cheaper and faster option becuase this sucks. :/
Wednesday, December 9th (today)
I got two packages today both containing Fullmetal Alchemist doujinshi! :D
SO MUCH TO SCAN!!!! D': But at least I have plenty of movies to watch now. :)
And now for a little nonsense! XD
Revol-Layton and Sad Keanu are STILL partying! (When will it end!?) XD But now Micro Turtle who's Regular-Size Turtle to Revol-Layton and another chick and a woodland creature has joined in the fun. Poor chipmunk.... he wants attention.

Poor Sad Keanu.... you're being ignored for a turtle.... who's clearly related to Tiny Turtle! See how his back leg doesn't touch the table?
