 I decided that for lunch today, I'll eat the last half of one of the yummy sandwiches I made last night.  When I went to heat it up, using the broiler, I uh.... left it in for too long and... well......




My delicious sandwich reduced to a burnt crisp in less than two minutes!!!  *weep*

Today's Lesson: Do not put anything in the broiler and step away. Not even for ONE SECOND!!! Watch it constantly!!
