Bleargh...
Well I didn't finish NaNo - however I did get very very close this year, way better than last year. I ended up having to work all day the past two days to get diaper money and whatnots for the babies, and well - babies come first.
This cracked me up:
CBF is "cat butt face", used to describe the puckered, sour look a customer gets when an unrealistic demand isn't met. Like:
Customer: "I want 50% off this item because the box has a hole in it."
Manager: "No, there's nothing wrong with the product itself."
Customer: "But I spend THOUSANDS of dollars here a MONTH" *gets CBF*

Anyone that has worked retail, especially the customer service desk can apreciate that.
