I just saw the finale of the second season, which is also the end of the show for it was wisely planned to last just two seasons of eight episodes.
So, before I enter in the Spoilers realms I must insist, like really really really insist, in that you should watch it if you haven't. No, really... that show is brilliant and maybe because it's short and was extremely well planned beforehand, it's also one of the most rounded, best tied series I've seen so far.
I can't really stress how good this series are without squeeaking,,, so... really. Watch it... and when you do so tell me something because I so have to comment the end with someone.
Until then, careful, there's spoilers under the
I swear I would have never thought I would be sporting a big goofy grin while watching the main character of a show jump off a bridge and into his death. But I just did. Even more, not was I only grinning but also had a stupid lump on me throat.
Really, because there were so many twists in that episode that at the end I really didn't knew what to believe and all I could do was feel like crap (like really really bshit under your shoe crap) for poor Sam because THAT's stress in capital letter.
And when he woke up all I could do was think: NOnnonononono!! You moron! Get back in that dream!! Shoot yourself!! Stop playing with that pen and put it right into your eye, you idiot!!
Besides, I love the moment he notices that since all is true (at that moment, apparently), his friends are true too and starts feeling like crap (yeah, the stuff stuck to the shit under your shoes). But he stills feels like he is right and so he is extremly confused. But the moment I like the most is when he tooks off running in the roof with Life on Mars in the background and jumps (I squeaked).
Another thing I liike about the series is the fact that at the end it doesn't really matters what's real and wat's not. What matters is what Sam feels is real.
Oh, and of course... Gene. Who wouldn't love Teh Gene Djinni? XDD
