So yesterday we were supposed to give in the project and get our final marks. Consequently I had a hell of a week obsessing over everything, secretly convinved that something.... well, everything was going to go wrong. Which is what I always, really ALWAYS, do when any kind of final date approaches. Be it tests, trips, birthdays, christhmas, bar mitzvahs, whatever... I will stress and see the glass half full of backwash by the final days.
At the very end nothing exploded and there was no terrible plague, but since I'm a pessimist for a reason there WAS something wrong with the last render and part of the animation was all screwed up. It was the arm and you would barely notice it, but I spend monday afternoon trying to fix it by any means. At last I made a new render of a previous scene and crossed my fingers (renders are long, the render of that particular scene was worth twelve hours to say the least). Anyway the scene was pretty much screwed from the begining because we didn't manage to fix the fur and it flickered. Luckily we had an awesome teacher that helped us fix the scene su now we have no furr but a nice texture that looks like fur. It's not the same but it's cool nonetheless. We had to amputate the arm, thought.
The final line here is that we managed to give in the projecte and that it looks pretty well even if right now I hate it... but that's just due to the aforementioned stress.
No final marks, thought. The headmaster (which sounds very Dumbledore but it's not) wasn't there (apparently he was at the hospital) so I have to call them today and they'll tell me.

I'm stressing again, obviously.
