just the latter.
i very very accidentally stumbled upon buckingham palace today: right when the weekly changing of the guards happened. it was like me and my discman (yes.) and then all of a sudden heaps of tourists and horses and policedudes and a giant place and soldiers and fuzzy hats! and all the tourists were taking photos of the palace and the guards but i just took photos of the tourists taking photos.
