Dinner and a movie.
I was reminded today why Blake and I don't eat out very often. Blake ordered soup for dinner and specified it needed to gluten and dairy free. Apparently this was no problem, so you can imagine our surprise when it arrived at our table with pasta floating through it. If they didn't know what gluten was, they probably should have said something. The waitress looked surprised when I returned the plate and asked for a salad instead. She even asked if I didn't want to be charged for the soup. Sigh...
The movie was much more successful. For once I was able to buy R rated movie tickets without having to produce ID. Saw IV was fun, partly for the movie and partly for the entertainment provided by watching girls exit hurriedly during the gory bits. I'm thinking I should spend tomorrow holed up at home watching horror films.
