Got a speeding notification today for doing 54mph in a 40mph limit, although the hill where I was caught I never do above 50mph, ever. Annoying, I even remember the van and I was doing about 50, then slowed down to 40 as I hit the white lines just down the hill from the van. So to cut a long story short I was speeding, but not at the speed they said I was going...
I don't think I should pay until Warwickshire Police find my stolen bike. Fat lot of good they were back then!
