(no subject)
I feel like today has been a Law and Order marathon. I can't even tell you how many episodes I've watched today. I don't think I want to ADMIT how many.... I started laundry, but quickly lost interest. LOL Guess now is the time to get interested in it again since I have a couple loads folded and ready to be hung laying on my bed. I always do my laundry there, that way I HAVE to put it away or no nighty night for me.
Paul has been working on our converted garage. We had tiled and drywalled to use it as a family room. That never really worked out. It's been more of a dog lounge area than anything else. Well, we or should I say he, has ripped down a wall again and insulated. He's now in the process of building me an 8 ft long closet. HOLLA! We are going to play musical bedrooms. Baby will get Maci's room, Maci will get Mim's room, Mim will get our old room, and we'll be moving out to the garage! LOL Did ya follow that? ;)
Tomorrow I'm having company over for New Years. I still have 2 batches of lasagna (one regular and one spinach) to make, along with cherry cheesecake and a chocolate silk pie sort of thing. Dips, salsa, and veggies are ready to go.
I'm thankfully feeling a lot better. I ended up getting blown off by my OB with them telling me to see my regular doctor. Kind of pissed me off but whatever, my regular doc used to be an OB too. An antibiotic and Robituson later and I'm on the road to recovery. Still have a horrible cough, but I actually feel somewhat normal again. I don't think I've ever had such a terrible head cold.
