Set mode to color dodge / opacity 100%

Step 3:
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance
Midtones: -25, +20, +20
Step 4:
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Reds: Cyan -15%, Magenta +15%, Yellow +15%, Black +10%
Cyans: Yellow-7%, Black +24%
Step 5:
Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color
Set mode to lighten / opacity 100%
