What a Monday today was. Ugh. Monday classes. Monday make-up work. Monday Euro quizzes. Monday Calc AB 4th period class.

It's time for me to stop wasting time complaining about ASIJ :)

I attended The 51st Induction Ceremony of ASIJ's chapter of the National Honor Society today. As an "old" member, it was my duty to participate by pinning the inductees and cleaning up after them (snobby little pigs HEHE) (actually, Sabina brought this Kettle Corn flavored popcorn which I ate almost completely alone) (but that's between you and me).
The letters on the pin stand for CHARACTER, SCHOLARSHIP, LEADERSHIP, and SERVICE.
As usual, there were four candles, one for each, and a candle-lighting ritual took place. What a cult I'm in. I actually pledged "to be loyal to my school" with the rest of the NHS members. <-- That's part of the pledge! Can you believe that?! HAHAHAHAA but guess whaaat? I get a pretty yellow golden NHS sash for graduation! Man's obssession with gold?
Mr. Igebritson's speech was my favorite part of the ceremony: it was simple, yet reflective. I like Wally, my wally. :)
