Writer's Block: Jury Duty
No I haven't, dammit and it bums me out. I would LOVE to be on a jury.
All the time I lived in Twin Falls County I would have probably been DQ'ed. First because my Dad was a local attorney of legend, and then because I was married to the Chief Public Defender. I was called once in Ada County(Boise)but was immediately DQ'd because the defense attorny was a public defender and John's friend. I guess I didn't live in Yakima County long enough-but again I'm not sure I would have been allowed on any criminal jury because I was married to a prosecuter at the time. And...now living in Thurston County my number just hasn't come up yet. It's a large enough county that I will someday be pulled. But not yet, dammit, not yet.
