Yes, and no. In my head, someone else hit him, so yeah, that person left the scene first. I'd have to look up the law, but since he's been injured, I'm thinking he can go to the hospital and call the police there about it there. I was kind of bound by the prompt. I would have preferred to call 911 and have the police/ambulance deal with it all at the scene.

I REALLY enjoy the characterization of Sebastien you portrayed. Sniping at Kurt to keep him conscious just stole my soul and made me fall a little in love with that evil man.

The line that really sealed the deal for me was this: He didn’t really like Blaine. He didn’t really like any of the boys he went after -- had he met Kurt first he would have gone after him.

THIS is what I wanted, so badly. I am glad you addressed this.

So again, all the awards for an awesome Sebastien fic! I only HOPE this is how it's dealt with in canon. I am on the exact same side as you.
