So, as you may have noticed, it's been a really long time since I posted anything here!
The thing is, I started a full-time job at about the same time as the HSO 2012 launched, and the resulting stress of trying to run a 1,500-participant event and also work 50-60 hours a week for over 4 months sort of drained my desire to be a part of Homestuck fandom or even think about Homestuck for extended periods of time.
Part of me was hoping that post-HSO I'd be able to reconnect with my creative drive to do fanart, but...it looks like that's not going to happen any time soon. I'm not saying I will never ever post here again, but it's safe to say that this blog and my involvement in fandom, Homestuck or otherwise, is on indefinite hiatus (in case the move to tumblr about a year ago wasn't enough notice).
It's been a hell of a ride, and I'll always miss my TDL days, but this is pretty much it for me! I'm leaving my HS art tumblr open if you want to see what I've been doing over 20 months or so of Homestuck fandom involvement, but I've scrubbed my personal tumblr and have been tapering off my tumblr involvement over the past 6 months. If you have my number, feel free to text or call; I'll also be checking mimetic.heresy@gmail.com and signing on to my mimeticheresy Skype account until further notice.
