*Heavy sigh* It has been a depressing day. I saw a friend for the last time today. She's dying of ovarian cancer and probably won't last the week. She wasn't quite there. They have been giving her a lot of morphine for the pain and to help control her breathing. She said she was so angry, which I sure as hell would be, and that my dress was beautiful--I was wearing a t-shirt and jeans.
My cat is locked in another part of the house so she can get some peace from the cat who's been tormenting her--so I had no kitty snuggles to comfort me when I took a nap. I am a wet noodle of despair being forced to do laundry at the moment.
