Just a note, it's 小耀, not 小腰(little waist doesn't make any sense) though Yao probably does have a little waist.

LOL, actually I haven't used pinyin or written Chinese for YEARS until I got into hetalia and finally got around to installing Chinese IME on my PC so I can type in Chinese.

I actually think my Chinese has improved a bit since I got into this fandom lol

Plus my parents are monolingual (I am the family interpreter/translator) so I can finally type notes in Chinese for my mother.(Yeah, I've forgotten how to write a lot of characters so I use the 'puter).I can speak, I just can't write.

Yeah, same here. But only so I can understand some kanji for fanvids and Chinese fanart haha XD

I can speak and understand too. Writing and reading, not so much.

But your chinese is pretty good; you caught my mistake (btw i fixed it on dA but the picture won't change on my journal ;____;)

Seriously, people who learn Japanese are mostly otakus(though I studied Japanese first, the otaku part came later:p) while those who study Chinese are hoping to do bizness in China or something.
