Kpoptown review
That's it. I'm going to do a review+mini haul. I purchased these albums um 2 or a month ago? I forgot. Anyways, here we go.
I hesitated at first to order at kpoptown. Because whenever I googled for kpoptown's review or kpoptown's customer's feedbacks, there's like only a few.
p/s: I ordered on different dates
This was a proof picture of my first order on kpoptown. They didn't take so long to ship my CD.
This one is my second order.
So.. This is the invoice. I find it cool =P
I chose registered mail (which costs me around SGD16+). Anyway, I choose to use SGD since its currency is similiar to my country's currency ^-^ Very convenient. It stated there that it will take approximately 2-4 weeks. Tracking number is provided. When I tracked on the 3rd or 4th day after my item was shipped, I became worried since it was supposed to be sent to Brunei instead of Hong Kong. I sent an e-mail to kpoptown and they responded ^-^ My item 1 was shipped on the 27th Apr and it arrived in Brunei on 8th May. That was fast! But I was pretty disappointed with my country's custom office. They hold my item for weeks. I thought kpoptown was the problem but no, it was actually the custom office. So, this review is useful for Bruneians who want to purchase from kpoptown. My 2nd item had a bit problem. First was kpoptown sent me the wrong tracking number but I did say I sent an e-mail to them and they responded quickly ^-^ Overall, I received both of my items on 21st May. I thought the packaging was lost or something. Thank God it's just the custom office.
They packed the items in an envelope along with bubble wraps. I had to open the package at the custom office that's why I couldn't take a pic of the actual packaging. And I couldn't spazz...
So overall, I'd rate kpoptown 5/5. At first I wanted to rate 4. But because they responded pretty much quickly to my message/complain, I'd add 1+~! I'm happy with the items that I purchased. Kpoptown will also give you a discount coupon everytime you purchase there. So, I recommended this site to those who want to buy kpop albums. It is shipped directly from Korea and your purchase will be counted on Hanteo chart! Happy shopping~ ^-^
