Planting new cee'ds

So it looks like it is goodbye to the Jag and hello to the KIA.

Yes I finally decided you can no longer drive with passion in this country and have resigned myself to the car parks we call roads.

This urban carparker has placed his deposit on a KIA cee'd SW (that's the estate). I found myself attracted by the good reviews it was getting, and the 60mpg!

The question is I suppose, "Is it time to return to Yorkshire to die?" and "Will I look back and regret my downward step in status?"

Only time will tell.

Some thoughts from my test drive..
  • I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, I thought I would feel like compromising but I am in fact quite pleased
  • It has some rather nice touches that shows that thought of its use has been given
  • The ride is good, and it got the thumbs up from the Daughter who is ride sensitive
  • The dealership is somewhat down-market so friendly and functional rather than fawning
  • I went for the LS in Black, after considering the front look and discussions with the Daughter
