Oddly, I will not miss Loeb either!

And we love them for it.

I'm starting to wonder whether NBC's official explanation for firing Loeb and Alexander was just the common business speak in these cases (and an excuse to react to the media and ratings) or if "being unsatisfied with the creative direction of the show" was actually partly the truth.

I think it may well have been the truth, because I can imagine watching some of their episodes and wanting to fire them.

I still think Fuller is being groomed to take over as showrunner, either following Kring being fired or to take over in all but name, leaving Kring's name on there so that there isn't bad press.

Sounds plausible. It would probably be strange for Fuller, given that that's pretty much what happened to him on Dead Like Me.

On the plus side, if PD is any indication, there will be random gay characters all over Heroes.

According to some casting sides, there were supposed to be a pair of lesbians cast for V4, but I wasn't following that kind of stuff too closely.
