When I thought I had lost all the stuff I'd saved on my computer, I was freaked out about all the things I'd never see again. But I think this is what I was the most scared about loosing:

PROLOUGE/Explanation
This is an explanation of the CCS character I made up, Haruko Mori. Later on you will hear where we leave off in the story and the fanfic begins ^0^
Haruko Mori appears in the 4th season (Note-there really isn’t a 4th season) and is the reincarnation of Clow Reed’s past rival, Kirei. When Kirei senses she will die the next day, she posses a passerby near her mansion, locks the girl away while still in her body, and puts a spell on herself for a 480-year sleep. When the girl (Haruko) woke up, Kirei made sure that Clow Reed’s reincarnation would have captured all the Clow cards. For Kirei and Clow had arranged that the reincarnations battle because of their rivalry.
Of course, Kirei wasn’t very fair when it came to fighting, so she decided her reincarnation would steal the power from Clow’s reincarnation’s Clow Cards. When 480 years passed, just as Kirei predicted, Haruko had awoken, and everything went as planned.
The battle was over, Sakura won the battle, and Haruko’s powers were destroyed. Or so they thought. 5 months had passed…………..
Haruko held the bracelet in her hands, wondering what to do. It was the only thing left of her powers. She knew she could make a new staff, but it wouldn’t be the same one. She had considered that, but then she had thought of how much pain and trouble it had caused her and everyone else. Of course, Kirei had been destroyed when the staff did; she saw her spirit disappear in front of her. But she feared her new powers would also be dark and evil. She feared she would be locked in that dark, heartless place, with nothing to do but watch someone that took control of her do things that she would never consider doing in her whole life.
But she didn’t care about the magic anymore. She wanted something else…to see someone again….
Taking a piece of the stationary she made herself, she took her quill pen, dipped it in ink and began to write:
Dear Eriol,
She felt a tear drip down her cheek, and quickly crumpled the paper. Getting out another piece of stationary and began to write again:
Dear Eriol,
Hello, Hirigizawa-kun. It’s been a long time since we talked. How are Kinomoto-san and Tomoyo-chan? Has Li-Kun and Kinomoto-san’s relationship been good? All is fine down here in America. I was just wondering how you were. Hirigizawa-kun, I need to tell you something. The reason I wrote to you and not Tomoyo-chan was,
Haruko knew this was the hardest part of the letter. She looked out the window. The gentle rain pattered against the window making a rhythmic sound.
She knew it would be a bad thing to stall, but she needed some fresh air.
She got on her raincoat and walked outside. She felt kind of weak, so she decided to walk to the closest place, the park. As she thought, no one was there, except for an occasional passerby. She sat on the bench for a very long time. The passerby stopped coming. Shops closed. The streetlights went off. She stared at her bracelet for a long time. The battle was over. She didn’t battle Sakura again, so her purpose was over. She wished with all her heart she could go back to when she wasn’t possessed. She was a normal girl that everyone knew and loved. She didn’t want all this to have happened. But was it destiny? How could destiny have been so cruel to her?
She stared out through the rain and mist
I hate rain, she thought. So miserable and depressing…She stuck out her bracelet hand over her head as her bracelet started to glow. The pattering suddenly stopped. The rain had automatically disappeared.
Haruko was back home with her quill pen in her shaking hand. She knew she should finish the letter. Getting Eriol’s reply was what she wanted the most.
The reason I wrote to you instead of Tomoyo-chan is because I love you. I love you the most, even though you probably don’t feel the same way about me. If you don’t, I’ll understand. If you don’t want to be friends with me anymore, I’ll understand that as well. Please reply to this letter.
Sincerely,
Haruko Mori
Haruko sighed, folded up the letter, and reached into a drawer for an envelope. When she reached out her hand, she saw the bracelet. It disgusted her. It held evil powers that put Eriol and his friends in peril.
Eriol………She closed her eyes.
She knew that such a relationship could never be possible.
She knew she no longer had a purpose. Everything she wanted or wished for was impossible to get now. She took the bracelet from her hand, took one last look at the letter, and whispered to herself “I love you Eriol…I’ll always love you…say goodbye to Tomoyo-chan for me…”
Then, laid the delicate piece of jewelry on the desk crushed the bracelet with her fist, wondering if anyone would miss her at all. She landed softly on the floor, and closed her eyes. It was coming. She felt the presence of the evil powers in the bracelet coming out and flowing around her, whispering, “This is where you belong. With us”
ENGLAND
“Hello? This is Eriol speaking.”
“Hirigizawa-kun! Hirigizawa-kun! Something horrible has happened!” Eriol immediately recognized Tomoyo’s worried voice.
“What is it, Daoudji-san?”
“Haruko! She’s dead!” When Eriol heard these horrible words, he had a feeling as if a million knives were stabbing him all at once. “I’m sorry, Eriol! They were investigating the scene where she died and found a letter that I think you might want to read.”
Eriol closed his eyes and saw Haruko’s worried face. He saw a smashed bracelet. Then he saw a beautiful stationary covered with daffodils. Then he saw the heavenly, loopy cursive that Haruko always used. He saw the words. “Haruko…” he whispered, so that Tomoyo could not hear.
“Okay, Tomyo. Say hello to Sakura-san and Shaoran-kun for me” and he hung up.
Reading the letter over again in his head, he whispered “But you were wrong Haruko. I love you too. And I always will……”
THE END
Do you like it? It’s my first sad ;-; fan fiction, my first one was a The Little Princess parody, the CCS version. Anyway, I hope you liked my sad fanfic!
The passing of me is far more better than the passing of our eternal love.
I can't get onto AIM 'cause my computer's broken (Dad turned into the psycho gardener from Davidson College and messed it up when it wouldn't connect..) so that's why (Chris).
