Tablet woes! Stuff from friends!
My graphics tablet finally died. But it died in a good place: the wire. My dad and I stripped the outer casing and reconnected all the wires so it's all working again! Oh, sweet Agrias, you're still working! Revived! 2004-2010... NO! 2004-PRESENT! Agrias now has a battle scar but SHE LIVES
Basically during the time my tablet was gone and I was considering buying a new one, life is different. It was like the daytime without the sun. It was like night that seemed like day. It was like... I'm really close to a ton of deadlines and I couldn't get the work done even if I wanted to work. It felt like... SADNESS.
Now that that is still working, I am considering buying a "just in case" tablet. Since I've started to work a lot using my tablet versus all those previous years Agrias just sat around looking pretty, this seems like a pretty good investment.
IN OTHER NEWS... My friends in Japan sent me a giant box full of their work from March's Reitaisai!!! They all knew I couldn't just simply take a plane to fly on over to the event so I was very happy and grateful when they all got together at the event!! I'm going to make a website about it and try to thank them all individually-- even to this day I haven't had time to entirely look through it. I love them so much!
One of them did not send their book in the box-- he sent it to me seperately himself and it's this amazing Touhou spellcard book with a ton of different artists. If you know of Doyora, he was also in the book! I helped out a little with the book, but when I got the actual book, it was big, the gold lettering on the front was just beautiful... and the art inside was just awesome.

And the thing that surprised me! MY NAME IS IN THE BOOK! It made me so happy!
