The last night in Japan.

A month and a half definitely wasn't long enough.

Today was the last time I went to Akihabara. I was supposed to meet up with a friend, but she got sick... so I couldn't see her. When I saw the mail yesterday about how she may not be able to meet up, I got really sad-- I sure as hoped I could have seen her again.

The day before was in Sendai and I met up with kiriu! We sang karaoke, had food, things like that. kiriu drew a picture for me to give to that friend, but I guess I'll be taking it home to America with me. Maybe someday I'll come back again, or maybe I'll find a way to mail it over.

Sendai was a very spacious place! I rode the Shinkansen for about 5 or so hours from Osaka to Sendai. If you search it up on Google maps, you'll get the idea. This was my only chance to meet kiriu and thanks to the JR Japan Rail Pass, I was able to do it.

kiriu updated my Twitter for a few posts, and I couldn't help but think how the other people on my list probably was thinking "Oh! Miluda got real fluent in Japanese suddenly! Someone must have taken her account!"... haha. kiriu also rode the Shinkansen to meet up, so I wonder how far he really is from Sendai...

Anyway, on to today, we met up with Aria for all of a few minutes-- she gave us pictures she drew for us... I wish I could have drawn something for her...

I was able to see speedmod again for a short while before he had to leave to see a friend, but I made my last purchases from Akihabara... before I left Akihabara, I kind of didn't really want to leave, so I stood in front of the Sega Game Center (okay, across the street from it...) and when I finally convinced myself that I should return to Saitama, it started raining really hard. Haha. Took my last photos of Akihabara... and went back to Saitama. Probably will leave the room to find some food soon, but other than that... this is it. The last night in Japan... tomorrow my flight leaves at around 6... I'm hoping I'll be able to see three more friends tomorrow morning before I have to leave...

Goodbye Japan. Someday I'll come back to see you, I'm sure of it!

Next time I go, I would like to visit Okinawa!
