They still are around right now, but I think it's easier to get and are cheaper during the moon festival. :V

Lots of tasty things are around the spring festival, Chinese are tasty year round :U

And even though spring rolls (In English it's "egg rolls"), they are around year round... and the egg rolls can be cute long flute shaped like cookies :V

Heh, we call 'em spring rolls around here anyways. I never made the connection between why they might be called that before, though.

But "spring rolls" are another thing-- the white rolls that Vietnamese like to serve are called "Spring Rolls" in English. Do you mean that?

And "egg rolls" are different from the springrolls/eggrolls

AH SO MANY MISTRANSLATIONS CONFUSING
