Edit2: XXDD;;; This guy is giving me his opinion about how universities are doing sort of like an auction bidding on who is allowed to buy a space to build a cell phone tower, and how my dean is making more money than the President of the United States. And then he told me about "COWS"... Cellular On WheelS-- they bring them to football games to make reception better. INTERESTING. XD I like this guy. Now he's teaching me why he thinks GSM sucks compared to Verizon's different service. XD EEE!!
Oh my God, this is so great. XD!! I asked him how to be good at customer service. He worked for AT&T/Cingular for a while, and is now working at Verizon. For 7 years running. COOL.
