FINLAND FINALLY WON THE EUROVISION-CONTEST! and we're the 3rd in ice-hockey!
So the whole Finland went crazy last night, after Finland won the eurovision that was held in Athens (Greece) this year. We've been so bad at that contest ALWAYS, and now FINALLY we did history not only by winning the contest, but having the highest score EVER. You americans don't probably know anything about the contest, but it's this thing we have in Europe, all the countries have their song that is sent to the final Eurovision contest, and then countries give points to each other... songs are usually REALLY BAD, flavored with the singers on their thongs or tank tops:D haha. Well almost like that. But Finland sent a heavy band caller LORDI to the eurovision with their song "Hard rock hallelujah"... well it gets better everytime I hear it.
And yes we got pronce (came 3rd) in Ice-Hockey... And few months ago we got silver in the Olympics in ice-hockey. So proud!
My school is over. ONLY 5 MONTHS LEFT OF HIGH SCHOOL (15th August 2006-1st of February 2007), and then I'm done!<3 well I have the HUGE finals, but still then I'm DONE. Now I only have a test week left, but I only have 4 tests, so... Then 3rd of June I have like 10 Graduation parties to go... yej!
I haven't done anything special, just school&work. And friends and Joonas. This weekend was nothing special, Friday hmm.. We just watched FRIENDS and Saturday I was driving around doing all sort of things, and then today..well nothing special. The weather is really warm, and the sun stays up from 4am til 10pm... and it will stay up 24 hours during June.
