birthday celebrations last saturday were excellent. many good people came over and it was just a really god damn good time. i love my friends.
got into yale. no big deal.
WHAT?! i'm going to yale next year. that's so absurd. i can't believe i got in, i'm going. i'm going to yale. obviously, this still hasn't sunk in. i think the day i found out (st. patrick's day) will forever be one of the best days in my life. i've never felt so much pride in my own work, nor have i ever felt so supported by the people around me.
found out ame is coming into town for one night this week. i haven't seen her since september. wasn't supposed to see her until this summer. yes!
talked to laurel on the phone. i miss her. she loves ecuador. i'm so happy for her.
