STUPID FUCKING ASSHOLE
I'm probably going to regret this in the morning, but idgaf. So I'm still on my family trip and having a discussion with my stepmom about the situation in the Middle East.
FYI: we're Jewish.
I basically say: I think Obama's trying to be unbiased. Even if the Palestinians don't want to concede, we have to figure out a solution that would be fair to both the Jews and the Palestinians. If the Palestinians refuse to concede, then sure, I can understand fighting with them. But not fighting for Israel to have all the land - fighting for the fair agreement to work. Yes, the Palestinians have done some barbaric things in the war. But not all of them agree with it. And both parties keep retaliating each other. And anyways, you still have to give them their rights to some of the land. It would be very difficult to work out a fair solution, but that is what we have to work on.
My stepmom basically says: Obama is a Muslim who is only working for the Arabs. He's a Muslim because his father was and you are what your father is. All Arabs are evil and barbaric. We should obliterate the Muslims and give all the land to the Jews. The Arabs are not even human, they don't even have basic human rights. I'm willing to die for Israel and have all my children die for Israel.
So this escalates into a shouting match, and of course since I cry way too easily (ugh, stupid self) I have to leave the room so I can cry it out.
HOW THE FUCK CAN ANYONE HAVE SUCH A BIASED OPINION AND THINK IT'S RIGHT? SHE SOUNDS SO INCREDIBLY RACIST AND BIASED AND YET SHE SAYS SHE'S NOT. STUPID FUCKING BITCH. I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M RELATED TO THIS FUCKING ASSHOLE. FUUUUUUUUUUUCKKKK
