here you go (just in case you ever want it :P) Use angle brackets <> everywhere I've put square brackets []

[img src="urlyourpic.jpg" width="500" /]

that sets the width in pixels. Anything 600 or less should be ok.

Here's how to make it a link:

[a href="urlbigpic.jpg"][img src="urlbigpic.jpg" width="500" /][/a]
