I feel like a beach bum.
Today has been a wonderful summer day for me. I smell like sunscreen, lotion, lip balm, and chlorine. My hair is crazy curly and my face has an insane amount of freckles. My body is slowly tanning because of all my time in the sun today. I lounged about in the pool on a floaty thingymabobber with my good friend Emily catching up for about 3 hours. I was slathered in sunscreen and successfully managed not to get burnt but to improve my tan a teensie bit. When my first bikini was completely soaked and definitely into the "stretching-out" stage I simply changed into another one. That really wasn't a problem for me because I now have 7 bikinis that I love and fit me generally well. I counted today. Basically I'm nuts.
I haven't worn more than a bikini all day and I love it! Later I'm going to have to actually put my hair up so it stays, get into working out clothes including shin guards, and wear some shoes! Uh oh it's gonna be tough. Field hockey will be a rude awakening to my slouchy day so far...that's ok though because I absolutely love getting in shape and all the excercise I'm doing.
Off to go dive in the pool again. My house is getting hot!
