Settled near the fire is Elrond, reading a book and drinking from a mug as he reads.

Any person that has their head stuck in a book must be a good one.

Bentley poses a simple question, "What are you reading?"

Elrond raises his head and nods to the rather strange creature. He looks for a moment, but then not!smiles and responds.

"A book of human faerie tales, given me by a friend here."

His voice is slightly melodious, and his gaze calm. The firelight catches on his sharply pointed ears as he speaks.

Bentley frowned, almost like Elrond had given him the wrong awnser.

"Never really liked fairy tales. Then again, I was always real down to earth." A shrug of shoulders. "To each his own, right?"

Elrond shrugs.

"I am interested in all lore. In the heart of every legennd and myth is a truth, there waiting to be found. I have the time to look and learn, and so I do."
