Mel's still in the bar. Sometimes in the rafters, sometimes outsid, soetimes actually on the floor. Her movements are erratic because, well, she looks to be fidgetting.

Right now she's in the rafters. Cartwheeling form one end of one to another in a movement that looks like the Slayer equivalent of pacing restlessly ( Read more... )

[ooc: Must slowtime for a bit.]

Sara glances up, seeing movement in the rafters. Recognizing the party responsible, she cracks a smile. "Hello, stranger."

Mel stops upside down and drops down so her face is level with Sara's.

"Hey, Sara. Miss me?"

"A fair bit." She's given an awkward one-armed hug. "I'm glad you got back. We've all been worried."

Mel returns the hug almost reluctantly, before pulling away.

"Yeah, I kinda got lost of the way back. Sorry about that."

It's not really. The balance is there, sure, but someone's never gonna be a dancer and she knows it.

Mel flips to hang by a hand and drops down.

"You died."

It's almost accusatory.

- er. Yes.

*The beam fades, a very little, but still hangs on valiantly.*

I'm afraid that anti-gravity stunts like that are going to get you noticed by people who know from anti-gravity.

Cypher stares up at the cartwheeling broad. He's been wandering around with a Stoli on the rocks in his hand.

"Wouldja look at that. Can you do that in slow motion?"

Mel stops on one hand, not even bothering to straighten, and eyes him.

"Why," she says, "Would I want to?"

[OOC: sorry for slowness. Went out and onyl back briefly]

[OOC: Oops. Then I went away. :} Well slowtime's fine with me, unless you'd like to cut it here.]

"I just wanted to know if you can. Why the hell not?"

Cypher sips his Stoli calmly and admires her form. She's got a nice ass. He can appreciate a nice ass.

That's a challenge, that is. Mel executes the rest of the wheel as slowly and as methodically as she can, hand over hand, keeping her body under control as it turns over itself.

Actually, it is relatively useful to be disciplined enough for this. Working one's way through security beams, for one.

When she reaches upright again, she shrugs.

"Slow enough?"
