Puck's in the bar. More specifically, he is on a table in a booth. He looks very, very asleep.

Upon closer inspection, the observant observer might see burn marks on one side of his face.

Go ahead, wake him up. He'll probably be in a good mood.

Ophelia very carefully touches his burns, frowning slightly.q

[puckishly]

"They aren't so bad as they look, sweet."

Which is probably a lie.

[bythebrook]

"If they're only half as bad as they look, they still must hurt like hell," she points out.

[puckishly]

"Touche."

He grins. "Still, at this particular moment, I'd be glad with worse. How have you fared, Ophelia dear?"

[bythebrook]

"I wander," she says with a slight shrug. "Not as far as you, but I come and go and the woods have let me, lately. But you - there's been some trouble, while I've been away. What happened?"

[puckishly]

Puck frowns.

"Oberon took some that I hold dear. I went to fetch them back-- with Raven and Coyote, and the wizardling Nita Callahan. All back safe now, and no more trouble."

[bythebrook]

"Good. Wish I could have help - but I couldn't have, of course - but good. Do you expect him to give you more trouble?"

[puckishly]

He strokes her cheek. "I would have been glad of your help-- but I'm gladder he never harmed you." He pauses. "Oberon cannot move against any now with the aid of his former master. Whether he will move against any without it ... remains to be seen. For now, I should think we're all quite safe."

[bythebrook]

"But he's staying."

It's not really a question.

[puckishly]

"He could return if he wished it, yes," Puck admits.

[bythebrook]

"We'll deal with him if he does," she says firmly.

[puckishly]

He smiles wryly.

"Or Security will," he says. "Your dear brother wasn't much pleased to learn that I hadn't contacted them."
