"Certainly, it's no trouble at all," she smiles and pours him a cup of tea, before setting it infront of him. "I'm Claire."

He smiles. "George Cooper." he offers her a hand. "I generally tend bar on Tuesday nights.."

She shakes his hand, and then leans against the bar. "Ah, yes. I've seen you around, I think. Have you been here long, then?"

"Seven months, or thereabouts." he says, before taking a sip of his tea."Though it often doesn't feel that long.. and yourself?"

"Six months, maybe?" she says, frowning thoughtfully.

"Sometimes it feels like I've been here forever, and other times it seems like not long at all. . .My son's growing up too quickly though."

"I do," she smiles softly. "He'll be five months old in a few days. Too soon, if you ask me."

He smiles. "I love children. I've always wanted several of my own..."

She grins. "I didn't know how much I wanted one until I had him. You'll have to meet him sometime. His father usually has him down here, but I don't see them now."

She looks around to confirm this, and then turns back to him with a nod.

"Where are you from?"

"I come from a place called Tortall." he explains, taking another sip of his tea. "There weren't many of us when I first arrived here in Milliways, but there are quite a few now.."

"I know someone who's been to Tortall," she says nodding. "Delia. Do you know her?"
