Esk has been in the library working on... OK, you probably don't want to do what she's been working on, as I'm sure it's illegal in your world at your time

Ever-present and ever-inquisitive, a little fairy perches high in rafters. She watches the lady in the pointy hat at work. It looks a lot more interesting than most of the silly serious stuff which has been going on recently

"Because it's halluncinating that it's a pig," Esks explains. "which means that at least the dosage isn't fatal." She unscrews one of the vials and adds a tiny amount of the contained powder to the bowl, stirring thoroughly.
"So, like dreaming... while you're awake," she figures. "I haven't ever done that."
With a very deliberate daintiness, she descends and lands perfectly on her tip toes. After adjusting her hair a little, she steps primly over to the froggy bank to get a closer look. "And it's now day dreaming that it's a pot frog. Why?"
The tiny fairy shakes her head in puzzlement, causing a spray of golden twinkles to poof out her hair and drift around.
"Why ever would you want to make a frog dream it was... just like it already is?" That is somewhat nonsensical to the innocent little pixie, and possibly to plenty of other people as well.
"Because then it would be sane," Esk says. "Say, for example, the frog was a crazy frog that was hallucinating that it was a giraffe, then I could give it some of this powder and convince it that it was actually a frog."
"Oooohhhhh... right," she chimes, finally comprehending as much as she probably ever will. "Its very strange to feed a frog frog powder though. That's like... cannibalism. I don't think Mr Frog probably likes it very much."
"Now, I think I'd better leave it and see if there's any particularly bad side effects," Esk says, pulling a small cloth bag out of somewhere in her robes and stuffing the frog in it.
She tips the powder from the bowl into a glass bottle and corks it tightly, before looking back at Tink and smiling.

Another fairy? She can only hope it's as benevolent as Tiki, and hopefully a little more sensible.
"Hi," she says, smiling in what she hopes is a friendly, welcoming way.
The frog, meanwhile, burps and turns into a ceramic pig, with a slot in the back.

She's not being impolite. Introductions are for big people and they aren't always the first thing on her mind.

She drops a tiny amount of the mixture into the money slot of the pig, which becomes a ceramic money frog.

She asks a lot of questions.

"Because I'm feeding it dried frog powder, which causes hallucinogens," she explains further. Questions are good, she likes questions.
"I'm experimenting to figure out if I can cause it to hallucinate that it's a frog."
She continues to adjust the powder content of the bowl.

She cocks her head at the mute green thing.
"Was he a bad frog?"

She sprinkles a little powder into the money slot, and the ceramic forg becomes a tiny pink - and living - giraffe.

Just to be safe, she takes to the air again as the giraffe paws the table nervously with its hoof.
"Oh, it's one of those frogs. Pah. They attacked me too. Stupid things."

She mixes some more powder and force feeds it to the pink giraffe, which becomes a pink frog.
"Close enough," she says, thoughtfully.
