Gil carries the last of the food out to the pavilion and places all the proper insect repellent, free-loader repellent and stay fresh charms he can think of on the whole table.

Stepping back he studies the setting then leans in to minutely adjust the garnish on the salmon.

It's a very spectacular spread. Since it was such a special occasion he consulted Dr Lecter, before he was arrested, and he came up with a menu that Gil hopes will meet with everyone's approval:

Chilled Golden Delicious Apple and Peach soup,

Chilled Strawberries and Cream soup

Vegan quiches (spinach and olive, mushroom and red pepper)

Beef Wellington

Grilled Salmon served with a brown sugar sauce

with a variety of desserts:

Tiramisu

Chocolate Mousse(regular and white)

Grape Mille-Feuille

Smiling, he returns to the kitchen to continue with the regular dinners. But he hopes that everything goes brilliantly for the happy couple.
