Lestat grins. Yes, he loves making him yelp. "Marius and I went to change into our clothes and catch some dinner, as it were. I told you this cut would look stunning on me." He shows off his suit.
He knows. "Merci. So, have you seen David? I have a theory, I think Armand has run away with wedding-jitters, and David is trying to bring him back for our dear Richard over there. Just don't tell Richard I said that, the boy looks worried enough as it is."
"I have not seen David, and don't you dare say a thing to Richard about Armand running away. I forbid it." He arches an eyebrow, knowing forbidding is useless anyway.
"You know that just makes it irresistable. But I won't, I cross my black little heart. I wouldn't ruin this for him, I'm interested to see how it all turns out on its own."
"Ah, in the nick of time." Lestat smiles. "So what do you think about this wedding business? For an immortal to pledge eternity to another... Mon Dieu." He sighs. "Nothing lasts forever, as you and I proved so long ago."
"The people making up the family. Richard and Armand are entering into a love-bond. No questions about power or control. Just companionship and tenderness. It's quite lovely, really."
It was just like those times 15 years ago. No-one, not even David or Armand saw her, I'm not even sure if I did.
[ooc: Her player left some cryptic comments in Lestat's journal, then never brought her in! So I'm going with the ghost theory, like in Tale of the Body Theif.]
Lestat sees David and Richard walk in in their kilts, and whistles, glad of the interruption.
Lestat grabs Louis and pulls him into a hug. This is becoming his favourite way to greet his fledgling, plus, it makes him jumpy.
