Well, there's a lot of reasons why not, but let's disreguard them all for the moment and have Warren give Anakin a nod hello.

And even maybe say:

He hopes he isn't about to put his foot in his mouth.

"She was the first girl I ever thought was pretty, and not, you know, icky. Like even when I still thought girls were icky, I was like 'Except for Princess Leia. Because she's awesome.'"

He looks embarrassed.
