When the door in the library opens into Milliways tonight, Rose is only mildly surprised, and not at all annoyed; a place where she does not have to worry about the ever-increasing press of time is, after all, a welcome break. What does take her rather more by surprise is the sudden additional weight on top of her head.
She raises a hand automatically, to feel; maybe the Bar appearified a hat of some sort? She has gathered that the place has a sense of humour. What she finds instead is a long, elegant pair of horns.
