After reading the note, Yrael makes a stop by the Bar to have a brief conversation.

Soon, there is a not'cat seeking to fit a large, golden* crown over the top of the Fool's hat without waking him.

*Well, yellowish. Nevermind that it's made of paper.

FINALLY someone who gets it.

The Fool lets him futz around for a minute or so before tilting his head back.

"Yeees?"

"As far as I recall, yes," Yrael looks down at the Fool King's face, smiling guilelessly. "But then again, I am often wrong."

"You admit to being wrong at some point!?" GASP. HORROR!

Yrael quickly covers the Fool's mouth, looking around suspiciously.

"Not so loud!"

>_>

"MMRmmMMmM!!" At least he doesn't bite?

At the very least.

Yrael releases him. "I'm sorry, what did you say?"

"... I like the hat."

He grins. "I'm glad." ^_^

"So you are king now?"

"I am! Though several people have taken offense to it. And one of them has been spewing gibberish."

He doesn't get the Troll's comments.

"Some worlds do adulation and praise differently," suggests the grinning not'cat.

The Fool thinks about that for a moment.

"No, I think I'm certain it was insulting me... somewhere... at least there were a lot of insults in the messages. They were on the crude side. No class or anything. I've seen sailors with better insults."

They were rather disappointing.

"Very sad," he smirks. "You would think one would give one's best insults if one is going to be insulting a king."

"I think he was upset that someone was declaring themselves king in the first place. Kings are bad? I think...?"

Again another concept the Fool is not acquainted with. He's lived under a monarchy his entire life and the idea of not living in one is just odd.

He adjusts his paper crown though.

Yrael shrugs. "Monarchies are not so popular in some worlds as in others."

"Perhaps he was afraid of sudden taxation."

The Fool shrugs too.

"I do have a minster of taxes all ready." He grins.
