His sudden appearance earns him a sharp "Khssssss" from the red haired woman with sunkissed skin.

But it is not a full hiss, as she soon remembers were she is and falls silent.

Back to watching the observation window.

Take care of you stray thoughts, vampire. They may get bitten.

Either way Alucard pays it no mind, just offers a wide grin, just amused. He hasn't had time yet to think anything that could get him in trouble...yet.

But after he's behind the bar he does ask, "Can I get you anything?"

She looks over the specials, which makes her eyes roll. "Gods! How old are you? I'll have a bottle of braind..."

It is probably best not to get drunk around this... thing.

"A glass of brandy will do."

Unless she gives him a reason to fight her she is actually relatively safe with him, not that he wants people to know that.

Alucard gets her a glass of brandy and then puts the bottle down next to it,"In case you change your mind." he offers. No he didn't answer her question.

"What are all of these?" asked Vala taking a stool, " I mean I've heard of this Bloddy Mary a few times around the base. Is this a drink named after her? Can you tell me what's in it?"

Alucard is feeling more talkative than normal, probably having to do with having not existed for a little while so he actually answers her questions while he prepares her drink.

"These are all alchoholic beverages. The Bloody Mary includes, tomoato juice, vodka, and a few other spices

Actor George Jessel created the drink around 1939. The name "Bloody Mary" is associated with a number of historical figures-particularly Queen Mary I of England as well as women from folklore. Some believe the inspiration for the name was Hollywood star Mary Pickford. Others trace the name to a waitress named Mary who worked at a Chicago bar called the Bucket of Blood"

"Huh," said Vala," Some of the guys tell a story about a woman named Bloody Mary. You know when you tell ghost stories."

She smirked a little, "Problem is, that our cultural differences are so great I don't get many of them. Like the holiday Christmast, or Halloween."

Alucard isn't interested in ghost stories but he is curious about what she might be,"And what culture do you come from?
