Liir still hasn't seen Dorothy and the other Yellow Brick Road Irregulars since they went to the Wizard's Palace. He's been at the cafe every day, but none of them have come back.
This is the first time he's ended up back in that strange bar since the first time. He still doesn't have any money to spend, but he figures he should be able to get a water again, at least.
He can't seem to find a bartender, though.
