Oddly enough, though Jack is certainly a new face to Milliways, he does not seem particularly bothered by his new surroundings. This is because, coincidentally, he happened to be sneaking into a restaurant/bar anyway, so this is just par for the course. (At least, until he runs into his first non-human.)

He heads straight for the Bar, a Jack On a Mission, where he is confronted with a napkin that politely requests he take the happy hour shift.

He stares at it, dismayed, and hisses out, "I'm here to take your shift?"

Yes, the napkin seems to say. He glances around suspiciously, but whatever ghost is haunting this place, it's definitely not feeling the need to show itself. (This is the last time he follows up on a tip relayed by someone that's been senile for thirty years. And what kind of ghost actually sticks around because they're worried about getting someone to cover their shift?)

"I'm fifteen! Don't you think someone will notice?"

Instead of something polite, like the ghost actually showing itself so they can talk reasonably about this face to face, he gets a specials board and markers. Okay. He's done stranger stuff than this. The worst that can happen is he gets another talk about how Strongly Disappointed his parents are in him. Besides, what can anyone do to him, really, for serving customers illegally?

(He's going to try not to think about that.)

Specials
Milkshakes?

Your bartender this evening is not yet aware that he's at the end of the universe. Have fun!
