Ult. Ben Grimm: Outside by the punching bag

Ben's out back today while the light is good, attempting to shadowbox and remember the things he learned as a kid in his brief run-in with the sport. He'd use the punching bag but one hit and, well, it wouldn't be of any use to anyone. Maybe he can find someone to do something about that here or tear Reed away from looking into other dimension long enough to make something back home.
He quickly runs out of moves though so any distractions would be welcome.
