Amanda's on her way out when she notices the woman enter. Not certain if this is her first time or if she is for some reason disappointed to find herself here.
"Is it really that bad?" she inquires in a friendly tone.
But the answer she does give is clear enough: evenly, and in a tone that brooks no argument, Olivia says, "If you could tell me where I am, ma'am, I would appreciate it."
Amanda tries to mirror the womans no nonsense approach and snwers a clearly as she can, "You have come to Milliways, that bar at the end of the universes" she points towards the window through which the universes are ending.
Amanda gives her a few moments to take it in and then continues, "There are some rules here, well three to be percise." she waits to make sure that she has the others attention before continuing.
"Alright" Amanda changes gears, "Most here are from different universes, at least as far as I can tell." she indicates the door, "Most come thru there and and some appear in the back." she indicates the back door."
"Is it really that bad?" she inquires in a friendly tone.

"Universes," she repeats after a moment. "Plural."
It's not a question, and there's very little in the way of surprise to it.

Holding up a hand to forestall the coming explanation, she asks instead, "Could you tell me more about the 'universes' part first, ma'am?"
If the use of that word means she's wandered through a previously unknown soft spot, that takes precedence over any rules -- for now.
