When Nikola takes a seat at the bar today, before he even has a chance to order, a small, chocolate cake pops up on the counter. It's decorated with lightning bolts and a blue 153.

"Wasn't I 153 the last time you did this?"

The only response is a glass of Atlantean.

"Yes, all right. No questions about time here."

Amanda chuckles at Nikola's interaction with Bar...she can understand completely.

Nikola glances over at the chuckle and nods, raising his glass to her.

Amanda slightly lifts her Electric Blue smoothie, "Good Evening"

Her close are modern, still wearing the leggings and red tank top bar had provided for her run but her accent and mannerisms might indicate a late 19th century origin, if he would notice such things. (she is from 1889-currently New York)

He would indeed notice such things. They recall some very fond memories.

"Good evening to yourself as well."

She inquires, "Are you celebrating something? Or should I say, is bar celebrating something?"

"It is, according to her calendar, my birthday, though it hasn't been a year for me since the last time it was my birthday according to her calendar."

Amanda's smile widens, "Yes, time works strangely in this place." she looks around the bar as she continues to speak, "While I am in my world time passes more slowly here but then when I arrive time on my world...well changes." she tries to think how to describe it.

"Changes how?"

She notes his age, looks back at him and then explains, "It was centuries for me back home but only a year passed here. But then when I am here time in my world either stops or moves more slowly than Milliways."

"Ah, yes. I understand that's quite common. The longest I've ever gone between visits was about nine years."

He frowns thoughtfully. "No, that's not exactly true. The first time I visited was over a century before the next visit, but in Milliways time it occurred after I'd been coming here regularly for quite some time."

Amanda adds, "Yes, similar thing happened to me. When I first arrived it was after a future version of myself was here. Though I never thought to ask how far in the future the other me is from...was." she shrugs with a smile, "Milliways is many things but mundane is not one of them."

"I've since passed that point in my timeline. Though to be honest, I had always assumed that my first visit here was nothing more than a hallucination."

He was prone to them at the time.

"Yes, for I time I had thought I was dead or dreaming." she chuckles at herself. Thinking about it, "I will get there eventually...no need to rush."

"No. Best to let time happen as it wishes."

Amanda stands, "Speaking of which I best be getting back."
