That's entirely possible.

Except that it's actually not. Dave tilts his head at the boy, brows furrowing. "...uh. Gesundheit?"

"What does that mean? Dattebayo!" asked Naruto.

"It's German for 'good health.' You say it when people sneeze."

Basically, Dave was making a bad joke.

"What does 'dattebayo' mean?" he asks, though he figures he should be the one to know, since this is his hallucination.

Naruto shrugged, "It's what i say when I'm excited."

"Oh."

Oooooookay.

Dave continues staring, then sidesteps over, since he's apparently in the way of something.

Naruto continues his charge into the bar. Then he turned around, " Wait, are you new?"

"No," Dave replies.

"I'm hallucinating."

He can't decide whether this is stranger than his Arcana Cabana episode or not.

"yep, you're new," said Naruto, "This is Milliways, the Bar at the End of the Universe."

"Awesome!"

Yeah that's not going to happen.

"First things first, do you have a door?" the boy pointed at where his door was.

"No. If I had one, you know what I would have done?"

Pause for dramatic effect!

"Walked right back out."

"Huh,"said Naruto a little indignantly, "You're stuck."

His stomach grumbled.

"I think it's time to eat," he said, "Come on."

He started in the direction of the Bar.

Dave takes one step after Naruto, then stops.

"Wait. Why do I have to follow you?"

Naruto shrugged.

"Thought you might like to meet the Bar," he said.
