While she hadn't intended to come back to Milliways, Kaoru finds she doesn't really mind that she has been hijacked a second time.
(As long as she can keep getting back home again. This crazy place is... well, it ain't home.)
Kaoru is sitting at a table in a rear corner, back to the wall, well away from that window that shows the explosions outside and watching the room.
She notices that the... rats?! are apparently serving? "They must be monsters", she mumbles to herself. And she somehow resists the urge to grab one by its tail as it passes. Finally she gets the attention of one who brings her a bowl of ramen and a melon soda and she smiles.
Yes, smiles. And no one here will think it weird or comment on it! She reaches for her chopsticks almost humming and utterly approachable... Enjoy it while it lasts.
