"Good news?"

"I'm not pregnant!" She is slightly tipsy, though!

"Oh! Well... good."

[hey35nholding]

She giggles drunkenly. "I'm relieved. How're you?"

"Still pretty stressed."

[hey35nholding]

"You still don't know what you're gonna do?"

[a1enzo]

"Oh, no, we settled that. She doesn't want me parading her, but she's sending a video."

[hey35nholding]

"That's an improvement," she remarks, "over not knowing what to do at all. So why're you still stressed out?"

[a1enzo]

"I still gotta give the presentation, and write the report. And then... everyone at my school's gonna know that I hang out with Users. Seriously, they're gonna freak."

[hey35nholding]

"Well, giving it's the easiest part," she points out. "And if they give a damn about you hanging out with 'users', then they're morons."

"What would your people say if you told 'em you hang out with gods?"

"They'd have me locked up." And she's sort of hanging with Gods now so, hmm, problematic.

"What if you could prove it?"

"Then probably not." She points out. "Which is why you shouldn't worry."

"Yeah, but I mean, how would they treat you afterward?"

"Like I was special. Maybe too special." She raises an eyebrow.
