"Oh! A police box! I haven't seen one of those in an age and a half," the Fool says looking delighted at the sight of it.

He hops over to it with a slight limp in his leg and goes for a poke or two of the box. Where upon he frowns.

"Not quite police box is it?"

"Not quite. Just looks like one on the outside. Faulty chameleon circuit."

[forgottenmotley]

"Faulty whositwhat?" Yes, that term just went right over his head.

[thedoctorwho]

"It's supposed to blend into its surroundings wherever it lands. It got stuck in this shape a long time ago, and I've stopped trying to fix it."

[forgottenmotley]

"Oh! That's funny. It's a good joke." He walks around it with a limp and a ringing of bells that aren't really there, but the ears still seem to insist on hearing them. "What is it then?"

"My ship," he replies frankly. Milliways isn't the sort of place to beat around the bush.

Likely not. Considering the patrons and all. "Funny looking ship, but I imagine since this isn't what it looks like, it looks a lot different."

"It's actually really boring looking without the chameleon circuit engaged. Ever see 2001? Sort of like the monolith, only not as cool."

[forgottenmotley]

"I saw the year, but I'm assuming you mean the movie, which I have not. Never saw a movie before. But a monolith does sound rather dull. And the police box is much more interesting."

He grins. "I've always thought so."

[forgottenmotley]

"So, who are you, strange man with the funny ship?"

[thedoctorwho]

"Nobody in particular. Just someone who likes to travel a lot, meet people, learn things. I'm called the Doctor."

[forgottenmotley]

And here is probably one of the few people who won't question the Doctor calling himself the Doctor. "Sounds like a friend of mine. I'm the Fool."

The Doctor nods and smiles. "I've met a couple of your sisters. Moon and Star."

[forgottenmotley]

"I've seen the Star here, but not the Moon," he says, plucking his jacket sleeve. It's close enough to truth in a way to call them sisters. "But I've only been here for a little while."

"I've heard a few others of the Arcana stop by from time to time. Couple of the Swords as well, though not for a while."
